Our goal is for every customer to be delighted with their purchase; however, due to the personalised nature of our products we do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been submitted?
If you wish to make any changes to your order after you have submitted it, please contact us immediately at maggieprint@outlook.com.au. If your order has not yet been created, we will be able to make any changes.
Please note: We do not offer image design; your images will be printed as they are uploaded.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your postage address once it has been posted.
Do you print licensed content?
Images that contain copyrighted/trademarked material, such as Disney or AFL/NRL Teams, will not be printed. Any orders containing licensed material will be cancelled and refunded.
